At Hay Events we offer a dedicated Event Planning service to help plan your events from start to finish! All we ask of you is to provide us with your vision/purpose for your event and we will do all of the hard work!

How long have you been doing event planning?
5 years and counting! We love and enjoy planning events, and we wouldn’t change our career!
What is your inspiration in styling your event?
Our clients provide us with the inspiration when styling events! When we are given a brief from our clients along with, the main vision for their event, we us this to start generation creative ideas! At times it is hard for us to stop our creative flow, as we want to ensure we bring our clients visions to life!
What type of event do you specialize in?
We mostly specialise in corporate and private events, such as Product Launches, Business Networking Events, Workshops, Fashion Shows, Private Parties etc
Aside from event planning, what other services do you offer?
We also offer event advise to those who have an idea and are not sure how to convert this idea into an event. Or have started a new business and need guidance on how they can market their new business through events!
What was your most memorable event that you handled before?
The most memorable event we handled was helping to organise a charity Fashion Show which was part of London Fashion Week. This charity event attracted over 350 guests and raised over £3000! This was definitely an event we will never forget!
What are the locations do you usually offer your event planning services?
London is mostly where we offer our services. However, as we are growing as a business we love taking on new challenges. So we will jump at the chance of helping to organise events outside of London!
